As part of Oregon REALTORS® commitment to offering real estate forms that are clear, user-friendly, legally sound, and responsive to industry needs, Oregon REALTORS® will be releasing updates to its forms.  Join them to learn about the forthcoming changes, including: 

• A new section added to all Sales Agreements for required reporting to Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) of certain cash transactions by entity purchasers, as required by new federal regulations 
• Updated disclosures related to water rights as required by state law
• New form 1.1A that allows sellers to make direct offers to buyers 
• Updated timelines and responsibilities for well and septic testing 
• Added advisory language related to flood insurance requirements
